Much like a standard Krabby Patty, though it has twice the amount of meat, and is usually greasy. It has been seen or referenced in many episodes. In "Pressure," Patrick attempted to swallow a Krabby Double Deluxe in one bite. He barely managed to swallow it, as it filled up his whole mouth. Sandy tried to eat it, but since she had her helmet on, it did not get to her mouth, and instead smeared all over her helmet, which made everyone laugh, though Sandy probably would not be able to swallow it.
